New Web Conferencing Tech

With the proliferation of PC/Web-based conferencing applications e.g. Adobe Connect, GoTo Meeting, ZOOM, etc., and others such as Camtasia Relay, there is growing need for video and audio that is higher quality than a monitor mounted WebCam. TLT-Media is answering this need with the announcement of two new products from Logitech.

The first is the Logitech ConferenceCam Connect. It is an all-in-one camera, microphone, and speaker in a convenient table-top format with a single USB connection to your PC or laptop. With 1080p video and 360° sound it is the perfect solution for high quality video/audio for small group collaboration of one to six members at the table.

The other option is the highly flexible Logitech CC3000e. It is a truly “boardroom quality” system with a fully functional pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera with wireless remote and an echo-cancelling microphone/speaker base module. The components can be positioned for optimal pickup of mid-sized groups of 6 – 10 people in HD Quality 1080P video. Connect to your PC or laptop for a professional collaborative experience.

TLT-Media will be acquiring both of these game-changers this spring 2016 and will announce their arrival with some fanfare.

Originally planning on teaching, Jessica has a B.A. in English from UMKC. Somewhere along the way, she discovered a love for technology and has spent countless hours teaching herself things such as how to use SQL and VBA to create Access databases.
