TLC Maintenance - August 1, 8:00-9:00 PM

Access to TLC will be limited due to scheduled maintenance this Saturday, August 1 between 8:00 - 9:00 pm.  Users may be able to login to the system but course content will be unavailable.

We recommend you do not plan on completing compliance training or any other activities in TLC during this time.

Adobe Connect upgrade is complete.

The Adobe Connect upgrade is complete.

SafeAssign Scheduled Outage (7/29)

SafeAssign will be unavailable between 2:30 AM and 6:30 AM on Wednesady July 29th. Blackboard will be doing maintenance to SafeAssign during that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Scheduled Blackboard Outage (7-14) - COMPLETED

To resolve an issue with assessments and the cloud service Blackboard will be restarted on Tuesday July 14th at 7 AM. Users trying to login or use Blackboard may experience an issue between 7 - 7:30 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Blackboard outage has been completed and Blackboard is functioning normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

ExamSoft Service Outage RESOLVED

UPDATE: Full access to ExamSoft has been restored as of approximately 2 pm Central this afternoon.

ExamSoft is investigating reports of an unplanned nationwide service outage.  At this time, reports indicate that users are unable to access the ExamSoft portal as well as certain other processes such as registration and the download of exam files. Testing Services at KUMC has verified that we are unable to access the ExamSoft portal at this time.

A backup system has been activated to process SofTest uploads and those uploads are being sent to ExamSoft servers normally and exam takers should continue to see the green check mark which validates that the upload has completed.
