Some users in Blackboard are currently experiencing a blank screen when accessing the Ares Course Reserves system using the Chrome web browser. Ares Support is working on a solution but there is no fix available at this time.
In the meantime, there are two possible workarounds:
- · Use an alternate web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari (Mac only) to access Ares course reserves.
- You may also resolve the issue for your current session by following these steps.
To allow the page to show all content you need to click on the shield. You will see a dialogue box like the one below:
Click on Load unsafe script to refresh the page. The content should now be visible.
